We throw away what we don’t need – clothes, technology and even food. 40 per cent of all food produced worldwide is wasted. In an experiment, 11 families spent four weeks writing down what they throw away. They talk about their experiences and findings.
Dieter Bornemann has photographed the families and their food consumption, recipes and empty plates. Isolde Bornemann conducted the interviews, provides 60 tips on buying and storing food and 30 delicious recipes that will make you want to use up all your shopping. So that everything will be eaten in future!
