Edition Lammerhuber <\/strong>joins its authors, Isolde and Dieter Bornemann<\/strong>, in celebrating their GOLD<\/strong> award in the \u2018Books on Sustainability\u2019<\/strong> category at the prestigious ICMA Awards<\/strong>, which were presented in London on Monday 9 March 2026, on the eve of the London Book Fair.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Since 2010, a distinguished international jury of experts<\/strong> has presented the ICMA Award<\/strong> annually. It is a global competition for corporate media, books, corporate design and magazines, providing an overview of contemporary graphic design; its primary aim is to promote the exchange of creative ideas at an international level and to identify trends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cAufgegessen!\u201d won over the jury with its unconventional format and original concept, which powerfully highlights the everyday issue of food waste. Families document their relationship with food, and Dieter Bornemann translates this into striking, visually powerful images. Facts, personal insights and creative recipes come together to form a passionate plea for a more conscious and sustainable approach to food. A particular highlight are the photos of open fridges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
