Edition Lammerhuber and its photographers are delighted to have won 5 awards at the prestigious ICMA – International Creative Media Awards.

Dagmar Varady<\/strong> received GOLD<\/strong> in the Photo books<\/strong> category for PRISMA<\/a><\/strong> and Luigi Caputo<\/strong> for the book Salzburger Festspiele<\/a><\/strong>, GOLD<\/strong> in the Photo books photo reports<\/strong> category went to Sarah Caron<\/strong> for PAKISTAN<\/a><\/strong>, BRONZE<\/strong> in the Art books – books about artists, books by artists<\/strong> category went to Gerd Ludwig<\/strong> for BEUYS LAND<\/a><\/strong> and in the Book Design<\/strong> category the catalogue Open your Eyes<\/strong><\/a> received the Award of Excellence<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

An international jury of experts has presented the ICMA Award every year since 2010. It is a global competition for corporate media, books, corporate design and magazines, provides an overview of contemporary graphic design and is primarily intended to promote the exchange of creative ideas on an international level and reveal trends.

The award ceremony will traditionally take place on March 10, 2025, on the eve of the London Book Fair in London.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prisma<\/a><\/strong>
The book is slightly smaller than DIN A 3 and has a landscape format. It is a leporello, hand-bound. You can put the book up and enjoy a photo exhibition. One side has the photos, the other the text.
All in all: Prisma is a book object with excellent photographs

Salzburger Festspiele<\/a><\/strong>
Combination of colour and black and white photos. In addition to photos of performances, there are also many shots that give the viewer a glimpse behind the scenes. Outstanding photography, varied imagery, lively scenes. Clear, consistent design with large picture formats.

Insight into the reality of a country. Stunning photographs, up close and personal. A great reportage book with fascinating colours.

Beautiful cover. The printed endpaper leads from the cover to the inside of the book. Exciting book format. Good-working close-ups, surprising insights and interesting imagery.

Open your Eyes<\/a><\/strong>
The book design is particularly striking: soft cover with open spine, dark uncoated paper, very good print of the photographs.
