It was with great pleasure that Lois Lammerhuber accepted the awards from the FEP – Federation of European Professional Photographers for\u00a0the Best Photo Book of the Year – WEGWERFWARE by Sara Affolter\u00a0<\/strong>and for\u00a0Best Photo Book Publisher<\/strong>\u00a0for Edition Lammerhuber on Saturday evening, 13 April 2024, in Alesund, Norway.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

After 2013, 2015 and 2017, Edition Lammerhuber has now been awarded this prize for the fourth time. 2024 for the books\u00a0PAKISTAN<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0by Sarah Caron,\u00a0<\/strong>CAMPING<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0by Verena Andrea Prenner,\u00a0<\/strong>SALZBURGER FESTSPIELE<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0by Luigi Caputo, for the\u00a0monograph\u00a0by war photographer GORAN TOMA\u0160EVI\u0106<\/a>,\u00a0<\/strong>PARLAMENT \u00d6STERREICH<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0by Lois Lammerhuber\u00a0<\/strong>and, of course, for\u00a0Sara Affolter’s\u00a0<\/strong>WEGWERFWARE<\/strong><\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Statement of the jury:<\/strong> “The meticulous search for materials, the painstaking attention to detail, the thoughtful choices of graphics and layout, the suitability of bindings, and the intelligent selection of subjects are the hallmarks of the Edition Lammerhuber works. They exhibit diversified styles yet remain consistently rich and focused, offering visual and tactile satisfaction.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
